About you:
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Senior Oncology Pharmacist who possess a passion for person centred care.

Selection Criteria:
Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia
Current Pharmacy Registration with AHPRA with no conditions on scope of practice and availability for weekend work and on call work as per roster requirements
Extensive hospital Pharmacy experience with demonstrated high level of competence, expertise and skill in delivering Oncology and/or Haematology pharmacy services including development and implementation of programs to achieve the quality use of medicines in cancer care
Demonstrated knowledge of eviQ guidelines, Drug and Therapeutics Committee processes including Formulary management and experience in the implementation of formulary decisions and policies and procedures
Demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory framework for Medication Handling in NSW Public Health Facilities as well as knowledge of Section 100 procedures, the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme and various drug access programs
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, clinical supervision and management skills including ability to mentor, motivate and inspire ongoing development of staff
Demonstrated leadership and ability to participate and promote multidisciplinary teamwork in a busy healthcare environment, including a high degree of initiative and ability to effect practice change
Demonstrated excellence in written, oral and presentation skills
