Maintenance Engineer, we have an opportunity available to join us in Brisbane (with field travel required) as a
Senior Operations and
Maintenance Engineer where you will be a key member of the Operations Engineering team.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring assets within Senex's Surat Basin operations are installed, operated and maintained to compliance with all relevant legislative and Senex requirements.The role provides technical support and advanced troubleshooting techniques to frontline operations and is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, reliable and profitable operation of Senex's assets. Providing technical assistance to projects with the design, construction and/or commissioning of new plant and facilities is also a key function.
About YouAside from being a great human who works best in a culture that allows your personality to shine, you are also someone who can demonstrate your experience working in a demanding environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve goals, perform, and always work with a customer-focused approach.You will be tertiary qualified in Process/Mechanical Engineering with demonstrated experience postgraduate in an operational environment, preferably in Coal Seam Gas (CSG) upstream.You are self-motivated, conscientious, and adaptable with top notch organisational and communication skills. In fact, people love working with you based on how well you communicate and just get the job done.We are seeking someone who has a solid understanding and application of asset integrity maintenance strategies to typical CSG and associated infrastructure equipment and a thorough understanding of associated legislation and standards involving the maintenance and operation of static equipment and HDPE gathering systems.If you have a track record in efficiently delivering small projects, including the management of site works, we want to hear from you as we need you to bring your skills to the forefront and be a key player in our Operations Engineering team.
