- An Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- A minimum of 6+ years consulting expertise for a Senior role.
- 15+ years exp for an Associate position.
- Proven track record in executing Australian projects from start to finish.
- A sound knowledge of the Australian codes.
- Client-orientated with business development expertise.
- Exceptional negotiation abilities.
ABOUT THE ROLEAs aSenior or Associate Structural Engineer, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Lead the day to day running of significant projects.
- Manage both external and internal stakeholders.
- Optimise business operations.
- Develop and maintain Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Management Systems.
- Identify business development opportunities as well as maintain current client relationships.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
