Your new role
We are looking for a senior Structural Engineeror Associate director to join our Melbourne team and lead the delivery of high-quality Structural Engineering services. You will be responsible for managing projects, mentoring junior staff, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and codes.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent
- More than 10 years of Structural Engineering experience in Australia, preferably in a consultancy environment
- Existing BLA registration or ability to become BLA registered
- Experience in designing low to medium rise concrete structures using ETABS
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
