They are seeking an experienced Owners Corporation Manager that possess the following skills & attributes;
- Sound Owners Corporation knowledge of the 2006 Act.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Adaptive to change and new processes
- Proactive, self motivated and confident
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strong demeanour & confident public speaking skills
- Car & Valid Licence for site visits & meetings
- Ability to work within a team environment
- High rise and/or mid rise building Management experience
- Ability to navigate through complex issues effectively
