They are seeking an experienced Owners Corporation Manager that possess the following skills & attributes;

• Sound Owners Corporation knowledge of the 2006 Act. 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Adaptive to change and new processes 
• Proactive, self motivated and confident
• Strong organisational skills
• Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office)
• Strong demeanour & confident public speaking skills
• Car & Valid Licence for site visits & meetings
• Ability to work within a team environment
• High rise and/or mid rise building Management experience
• Ability to navigate through complex issues effectively
