We are looking for a Senior Owners Corporation Manager
We are in need of an Owners Corporation Manager, due to growth in the team to manage 11 OC's/properties, totalling around 800 lots, residential mostly, in Eastern Suburbs Melbourne, local to our office!
Based in Doncaster, East from Melbourne CBD, you will be working in a friendly, modern large, office of strata professionals with 2-3 days work from home and some of the best people and processes/systems in the industry to work for.
Using StrataMaster software.
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of properties, mostly residential high density circa 800 lots in the eastern suburbs & surrounds
- Deal with accounts, admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio/properties
- Attend sites if required for meetings occasionally, with time in lieu for after hours meetings!
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, strata levies etc
- You will have some accounts and admin support
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:00pm, no weekends.
WHATS ON OFFER:
- $100,000 - $115,000 + Super + Bonuses + Parking (this may be negotiable upwards also to 115K + Super)
- Tools of the trade, laptop etc provided
- 2-3 days work from home
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Good understanding of the strata industry with strata management experience in high density residential assets
- Good communication skills and strong admin ability
- Have completed relevant strata industry training (ideally)
