The Role
- Clinic-based position
- Caseload of ages 0-30 with opportunities to tailor your caseload to your preference
- Mix of NDIS and Private Clients
- Play-baed model of therapy
- Providing evidence-based assessment and therapy
- Opportunities to run group sessions if desired
- Supervising junior Occupational Therapists (if desired)
- Liaising with external stakeholders
- Above award pay rates - earn between $85,000 - $105,000 + super + bonus incentives
- Extensive induction program plus a slow increase in the number of clients you are seeing per day
- Professional Development allowance of $2000 per year
- Weekly team meetings with discussions around complex cases
- Focus on well-being with regular wellness check-ins

- Integrated working with a team of 6 other Occupational Therapists plus 3 Speech Pathologists

- Extremely manageable caseload

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
