Paid Search Specialist

Employsure is on a mission to educate these businesses as they navigate the complexities of Employment Relations & Health & Safety. To drive our purpose forward we are seeking a SEM (Paid Search Specialist) with 3+ years to join our team.
You will be joining a collaborative and results driven team who love nothing better than celebrating success and having a laugh.
Working across both existing and new campaigns, your strong attention to detail and ability to track and delve into the results is critical to your success.
With a large budget on the table, your deliverables are to ensure a continual stream of business leads to our sales teams.
This role is pivotal to the continued success of our business and will suit someone who is passionate about outcomes. You will enjoy pushing campaign boundaries to see what they are capable of delivering, understanding which levers to pull for optimal success.
Duties & Responsibilities
Able to launch campaigns on time, following Employsure best in class set up for naming conventions, campaign/Ad Group structure, negative keywords, amount of AdCopy variations.
Overall ownership of Paid Search performance and pacing. Proactively identify if strategy amends are required, for example conversion tracking issues, performance above/below target, fluctuations in pacing.
Campaign build escalation point and support for associate traders to ensure all campaigns are executed to best practices and on time
Reviews campaign builds and best practice such as campaign structure, targeting, conversion settings
Consistently delivers on daily/weekly tasks for all assigned campaigns such as pacing, optimisations, reports, data integrity
Able to forecast potential issues and action accordingly ahead of time.
About You:
A minimum 3 years' experience in Paid Search with the ASEAN region
An outstanding background in data reporting and analytics.
Strong business acumen in which you are able to make commercial based decisions.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
Salesforce knowledge is essential for this role.
