Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- End to Payroll: New starters, Bank changes, Super, Salary increases, allowances and deductions, terminations
- Administration/follow up of fortnightly timesheets
- Administration of fortnightly payroll reports including reconciliation and preparation of payments and reports.
- Assist with the calculation and payment of termination payments
- Assist with the administration of PAYG, Super and Third-Party payments
- Assist with reviewing audit reports for each payroll, following up any discrepancies
- Preparation of Reports
- Support preparation of payroll reports as required
- Support reconciliation of fortnightly payroll reports/data for accurate submission via STP
- Support reconciliation of annual payroll reports/data
- A minimum of 3 years (or equivalent) demonstrated related experience in a similar position.
- Experience with payroll systems (Chris21 is advantageous)
- Experience with Time and Attendance systems
- Understanding of spreadsheets, data analysis and reconciliation procedures.
- Strong administrative and procedural skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Maturity and confidence to deal with confidential and/or sensitive information.
