FutureYou have partnered exclusively with a growing business in the recruitment of their new Senior Payroll Officer on a permanent basis. This role is very unique and will be incredibly exciting for the right person.

This role will grow from Senior Payroll Officer to Payroll Manager in the next 12 months. And during this 12 months you will be involved in many projects. 

The business is going through a whole transformation period; they are implementing new systems and creating new processes. Their current Payroll Manager has handed her 12 month retirement notice in.

Description 

• End to end processing for 1,400 people fortnightly.
• All statutory deductions such as super, tax and third party payments.
• Interpretation of their complex awards and enterprise agreements.
• Multiple projects such as system implementations.
• Recommendation for process improvements.
• Workers compensation/insurance managements.
• Development into a Payroll Manager.

This would suit a Senior Payroll Officer who is skilled and ready for a more advanced challenge. This is your road to Management and leadership.

Profile

Please ensure you have worked in a payroll environment where you have processed end to end payroll with complexities such as enterprise agreements. 

Job Offer

In return you will have a starting salary of $95k - $120k + Super depending on your experience. They have a hybrid working model, however, you will need to be in office 2-3 days a week - they are based in The Hills area, in NW Sydney.
