- Working in a team of 2 reporting to Payroll Manager and colloboarting with stakeholders across the business within Finance and HR
- End to end payroll processing - fortnightly
- Updating and maintaining of files and leave entitlements
- Managing PAYG, Super and Tax
- Knowledge of taxation rules - Statutory and Legal
- Interpreting various Awards and EBAs
- Responding to enquiries
- Payroll Manager Back Up
THE PERSON
- This would suit someone who is looking for a long term stable role within a exciting business which is growing so someone who is also adaptable to change
- End to end payroll experience ideally with exposure to global top tier systems
- Experience working with HRIS software
- Experience interpreting multiple Awards/EBAs
- High attention to detail and strong Excel skills
- Exceptional customer service - written and verbal
