Duties
Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in payroll, particularly focusing on system maintenance and performance both during and after implementation. This position is ideal for someone who is meticulous, proactive, analytical, and possesses a mindset geared towards process improvement.
Duties:
- Assist with EBA changes and backpays
- Payroll implementation and project support
- Problem solve and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Support the payroll team
- Assist with system upgrades, new releases & configuration changes as needed.
- Provide support to the internal and external stakeholders
Skills + Experience
- Prior strong experience with Chris21 or Ichris is highly desirable
- Able to troubleshoot and problem solve system errors as and when
- Strong exposure to working within complex implementations
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience in maintaining the system and ensuring a smooth function
- Excellent experience across complex EBA's & legislative requirements
- Strong experience in operating in a changing, fast paced environment
- Strong rapport building in both written and verbal
