The Opportunity
As a company that truly puts people at the heart of what we do and as we continue to grow and evolve, we're seeking a collaborative and people centric Senior People and Culture (P&C) Business Partner to partner our Operations and Supply Chain teams, playing a pivotal role in Chobani’s journey of exciting cultural change.
In this pivotal role you'll take the lead in strategically developing, implementing and embedding a People and Culture plan that enables our transformation and growth agenda across Supply Chain and Operations whilst providing invaluable support and coaching to leaders across various departments including Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Quality, and Reliability. Your efforts will empower these leaders to make better quality decisions and navigate through change effectively.
As we strive to achieve excellence in Lean Manufacturing, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the key agents of change. You’ll help foster a true culture of continuous improvement that promotes high performance and boosts employee engagement, whilst mentoring and developing one direct report to enhance and develop their capabilities.
Skills & Experience
Ideally to be successful in the role you will have:
- Significant experience in senior HR Business Partner roles in a manufacturing/operations environment
- Proven track record of successfully partnering senior leadership teams, including General Managers or equivalent
- Comprehensive understanding of employment relations and industrial relations principles including experience negotiating EBAs
- Expertise leading significant cultural change initiatives and supporting teams through periods of transformation
- A true passion for People and a track record of coaching, developing and empowering high performing teams
