A well-known manufacturing and logistics & supply chain organisation are seeking a Head of HR to join their team.
Your new role
As the Head of HR, you will work closely with the COO, and other department heads, to drive and deliver the people strategy throughout the business. In this key Senior Leadership role, you will ensure that the key areas of training, payroll, employee relations, remuneration, performance management, recruitment and business process align with the overall business strategy and operate in a way that supports business needs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary level qualification in a relevant HR or IR discipline.
- Extensive human resource management experience at a senior level in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong IR & ER experience.
- Proven highly developed people management skills.
- Proven relationship development and maintenance experience combined with developed business acumen.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in negotiation, handling conflict and confrontation, and facilitating resolution.
- Proven experience of business communication and highly developed written and verbal communications skills.
- Experience of developing strategy and implementation plans to business level.
- Ability to manage costs and budgets (P&L management)
