We are seeking an experienced People & Culture / HR professional to join our team. Partner with operational business leaders and provide high-quality People & Culture programs and support.
About the role
Some of the main components of this role will include:
- Manage and grow learning & development programs, employee benefit & engagement programs.
- Provide advice and case management for performance management, internal disputes and investigations.
- Recruitment, onboarding programs and delivery.
- Support and coach operational managers on people matters.
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications & experience
Ideally you will have:
- Bachelor level qualifications in relevant field.
- 6+ years of experience in HR / People & Culture.
- Experience working in an industrial / blue collar environment.
