Senior People & Engagement Advisor

• This is a 6-month contract position based in Perth, offered on a 9-day fortnight
• Competitive rates with superannuation on all hours worked, paid weekly

Join a leading gold mining company where you will report directly to the P&E Lead and provide crucial HR support to the team.Key Responsibilities:

• Offer advice, support, and coaching to Supervisors/Line Managers on employee relations, performance development, and policy matters.
• Implement key HR projects and strategies, ensuring clear communication and support throughout.
• Contribute to designing and executing employee engagement activities.
• Prepare presentations, monthly/quarterly reports, and financial data with accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain a strong HR presence, addressing employee queries promptly and efficiently.
• Engage in professional networking opportunities, fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR procedures and systems, ensuring compliance with legislation.

About You:

• Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in the Mining sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with prior experience in Success Factors.
• Relevant degree/qualification in HR or related field.
