- This is a 6-month contract position based in Perth, offered on a 9-day fortnight

- Offer advice, support, and coaching to Supervisors/Line Managers on employee relations, performance development, and policy matters.
- Implement key HR projects and strategies, ensuring clear communication and support throughout.
- Contribute to designing and executing employee engagement activities.
- Prepare presentations, monthly/quarterly reports, and financial data with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a strong HR presence, addressing employee queries promptly and efficiently.
- Engage in professional networking opportunities, fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR procedures and systems, ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in the Mining sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with prior experience in Success Factors.
- Relevant degree/qualification in HR or related field.
