Reporting into the People and Culture Manager, this role will oversee a portfolio of approximately 200 employees. This position is a permanent opportunity offering either fulltime or candidates seeking 4 days per week.
Your new role
- Partner with the P & C Manager and wider P & C Team to execute, deliver, and implement diverse HR projects and policies.
- These initiatives cover topics such as organisational culture, employee well-being, hybrid work arrangements, embedding the Employee Value Proposition, performance management, leadership development, and learning and development.
- Lead comprehensive reviews and implementation of HR strategies and policies.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Human Resources and line managers to address workplace issues, including complaints, grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance challenges.
- Work closely with the P & C Manager to design, develop, and deliver our core training programs.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the HR team, building capabilities and skills.
- Analyse emerging HR issues, data, statistics, metrics, and trends to inform the development and refinement of strategies and policies.
What you'll need to succeed ?
You will be a strong HR Business Partner with extensive experience as a HR Generalist having the ability to hit the ground running. You will be self-sufficient and have experience working on HR projects and HR policies. Be able to provide coaching and an ability to work in a fast-paced business.
