A dynamic organisation going through a period of growth and change, this ASX listed business is seeking a skilled Performance and Reward Specialist to lead a critical project focused on conducting end-to-end remuneration reviews.As the Senior Performance and Reward Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a comprehensive remuneration review project aimed at optimising the compensation structures to align with business objectives and industry standards.
This project focused role will:
- manage the delivery of the annual remuneration review process; provide relevant remuneration and market pay analyses;
- contribute to the drafting of communications;
- ensure data management of the remuneration review tool (ELMO) to confirm sound management decision making is undertaken.
- Conducting thorough analyses of current compensation practices, including salary benchmarking, incentive structures, and benefits packages.
- Collaborating with HR, finance, and other relevant departments to gather data and insights necessary for the review process.
- Developing and implementing recommendations for improving compensation strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in compensation and benefits.
- Providing guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in performance and reward management either in a specialist role, or as a key focus in a broader HR role
- In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, including the ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively.
