- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline including harm minimisation, public health, psychology, research, behavioural science/behavioural change and/or 5 years + experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated high level experience in program/project management from planning, design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
- Demonstrated experience in translating research, data and insights into clear, pragmatic and actionable recommendations and advice that influences business decision-making on complex strategy matters, operational processes and organisational policy
- Demonstrated experience in designing, managing and/or implementing social research, social impact projects and/or behaviour change programmes
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and manage relationships with internal and external customers, business partners and stakeholders
- High level written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to present in a clear, concise, and articulate manner
- Demonstrated business acumen, with the ability to navigate competing business priorities and stakeholder requirements.
- High level analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve problems of a complex nature
