Senior Policy And Research Officer - Tfes Intergration Project (005015)

Fixed Term up to 12 months

Duties

Provide high level project Policy and Research support for delivery of the implementation phase of the Tasmania Fire and Emergency Service (TFES) Integration Project. This role will develop operational rules, guidelines, and systems by providing support and advice, establishing, and maintaining Policy and doctrine, undertaking research analysis, and generating and interpreting relevant reports.

Desirable Requirements • Experience reviewing and writing government policy. • Research and analysis qualifications and experience relevant to projects. • High level knowledge of the operational and service delivery processes of the fire and emergency services environment. • Experience working within diverse teams involving internal and external resources and stakeholders. • A current driver’s license.
