- Available to you will be working a 9-day fortnight with RDOs every second week.

- Offer specialist advice for the development and refinement of project management best practices.
- Lead the support of a comprehensive project gating process alongside Senior Program Managers, ensuring project readiness at key milestones.
- Educate and coach project teams on project management frameworks, deliverable templates, and procedural guidelines.
- Participate in project reviews and assurance activities to uphold program and project management standards.
- Facilitate and manage logistics for portfolio operational meetings with teams who support project delivery, ensuring clarity, effectiveness, and compliance.
- Document best practices, lessons learned, and compliance processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of portfolio management frameworks.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio reference knowledge base that contains completed project deliverables
- Prepare comprehensive reporting for BITDD and the IT portfolio, including financial and project-related reports.
- Degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, significant experience in portfolio and program management or PMO.
- Desirable qualifications include Project Management tertiary qualifications, Prince2 Foundation/Practitioner Certification, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
