The Senior Process Excellence (PX) Analyst is critical to making this happen. This role sits in our Process Excellence Centre of Excellence and will be responsible for supporting key strategic PX assignments so we can effectively deliver process management across the business. Other responsibilities of the role will include.
Actively support key PX initiatives through process documentation, process data identification and collection
Be a key contributor to the design and delivery of Process Excellence through the support of ANZ’s business process management system (Signavio)
Provide critical support across the business to maintain and embed our process framework and methodologies into well-managed business practices
Identify, collect and collate process data that underpins critical process documentation for PX Assignments, and generate reporting capabilities to visualise and convert process models into insights
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the CoE and beyond to align our end to end process maps and frameworks
Role Location: Auckland or Wellington

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Significant experience working in a Process Excellence environment, including experience modelling, diagnosing, designing, mapping (BPMN) and mining.
Sound technical knowledge of process toolsets and tooling (Signavio)
Ability to strategically plan and execute, being able to clearly articulate process implications and design principles
Effective stakeholder management skills and an ability to engage and influence wide audiences
Detailed knowledge of process analytics and experience in facilitating process design and optimisation
Strong continuous improvement background and proven track record in business consulting or leading process improvement projects
Ability to work autonomously at pace and confidently engage and qualify with Process Owners
