BlakDance is the national industry and producing organisation for First Nations contemporary dancers and choreographers. We are a self-determined, First Peoples led arts and cultural organisation.
BlakDance produces First Nations choreographers and dance artists, cultivates and supports emerging First Nations contemporary dance companies and leads national and international engagement with the arts and cultural sector to support a strong, sustainable First Nations contemporary dance ecology. BlakDance is a nonprofit company limited by guarantee led by a voluntary First Nations board of directors and dedicated Cultural Council.

About the role
Our Senior Producers are responsible for driving the planning and delivery of key projects and strategy for BlakDance. Reporting to, and working closely with the Co-CEO Executive Producer, you will be a vital member of the BlakDance producing team, ensuring the development and success of high-quality contemporary First Nations dance performance works and artistic programs, such as creative developments, premieres, tours, and artistic residencies.
