- Salary of $75K + superannuation
- Annual PD budget of $5000 + 2 days study leave
- Reimbursement for your travel per km
- External speakers provide training to the entire team once per week

- Flexibility in your working day including both working in clinic and at clients homes
- Collaborate amongst a team of more than 30+ clinicians from a multidisciplinary team

- Assisting both NDIS and private clients
- Clients from ages 3-65 predominantly with intellectual disabilities, ASD and speech delays
- Varied caseload that can be tailored based on your area of speciality
- Work from their new clinic located in Coburg and visit clients at their homes within the local community
- Gradually increasing caseload over your first 6 months to a maximum of 25 billable hours per week
- Receive weekly clinical and procedural supervision from your team leader
- Opportunity to collaborate and discuss cases with other clinicians from the shared clinic space
- Team meetings & workshops once per month in which you can share recent PD and complex cases
- Specialisation pathways available for those looking to improve and develop their clinical skills
- 2 week orientation and New Graduate structured support has you shadowing therapists

Requirements/Skills
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Drivers license and vehicle
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
