The Role
We are looking for a energetic and eager Senior Product Designer to join our team and support the creation and delivery of Elite Eleven's biggest and best collections as we continue on our journey. We are looking for someone who can bring innovative designs to the table and help us solidify our current categories, as well as build on new verticals and ideas.

- Identify key product, market, and category trends.
- Lead the creation of cohesive seasonal collections.
- Collaborate with the design team, as well as other teams within the company.
- Sketch technical designs and construct tech & specification packs.
- Design and develop ranges that aligns with the EE customer base.
- Present designs, concepts, and trend reports.
- Conduct competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends.
Education & Experience
Experience
- 3+ years working as a Product Designer.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven expertise in analytical forward-range planning for 9 months ahead.
- Experience in the active and sportswear categories is desired but not essential.
- Experience in managing relationships with offshore manufacturing suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of product development, raw material sourcing, garment construction, and supply chain management.
- Excellent understanding of garment tech packing, pattern making and production processes.
- Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with CLO3D is desired but not essential.
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work within a team to achieve collaborative goals
