Your Role: Lead the Future of Payments Technology for Healthcare
- Visionary Leadership: Define and drive the product vision, goals, and roadmap for our healthcare technology solutions. Set the standard for high calibre Product Management & Development.
- Strategic Development: Lead a dynamic squad to deliver top-quality products and ensure smooth integration with payer and healthcare schemes.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritize customer needs and incorporate design thinking to shape innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Roadmap Development: Craft and manage a comprehensive product roadmap in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Squad Leadership: Oversee an integrated team of product managers, engineers, business analysts, and testers.
- Lifecycle Management: Ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement of the product lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the business voice, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and managing key relationships.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance across all workstreams.
- Innovation & Analytics: Utilize design thinking and data analytics to inform product design and prioritization.
Qualifications:
- Product Ownership: 5+ Years experience as a Product Manager or Owner, with background in Payments or Healthcare (Banking experience is highly regarded).
- Payment Systems Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Australian Payments landscape and digital solutions.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, building high performing squads.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills with a keen commercial sense.
- Tech Savvy: Passionate about digital trends and technology-enabled customer experiences.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with experience in managing diverse stakeholders.
