This position is responsible for the effective delivery and ongoing management of exciting eCommerce payments solutions.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Driving prioritisation with external partners to develop, enhance and manage the target state eComm product suite
- Managing 3rd party partners to drive the best possible customer outcomes. This includes feature/capability prioritisation and execution, as well as commercial discussions.
- Working closely with the broader team to understand how merchant eCommerce products are working and where they need development
- Influencing the go to market strategy including optimising the distribution strategy across our physical, virtual and digital channels
- Portfolio monitoring and reporting and optimising commercial performance outcomes
- Risk and compliance knowledge for the eCommerce portfolio, including managing our ongoing gateway compliance, accreditation and gateway programs.
- Relevant working knowledge of the eCommerce and technology landscape, preferably gained through employment of 3-5+ years, at a bank or non-bank acquirer.
- Technical merchant acquiring experience including payment processing, gateway integration, settlement obtained via employment at an acquirer
- Experience developing and executing payments strategy, preferably in the eCommerce and merchant field
- Proven ability in delivering projects and operational plans. Delivery experience is key as they look to build-out the product roadmap.
