Within Australia, Perpetual and Pendal have a broad range of capabilities across Australian and global equities, credit, fixed income, multi-asset and ESG. The Perpetual Asset Management Australia Product team plays an integral role within Perpetual in all stages of the product lifecycle ensuring the product range is effectively managed.
The successful candidate will be accountable for ongoing maintenance and assisting in the development of the Perpetual suite of products.
About the role
- Understanding client needs and acting with their best interest in mind.
- Managing the full product lifecycle from design through to closure ensuring a strong pipeline of products that meet the needs of our clients, align with broader strategy, and supports overall growth and profitability.
- Responding to technical product queries with accuracy and efficiency
- Work in partnership with the Investment teams, Distribution and Investment Solutions & Oversight to identify gaps in our product line-up or changes to existing products to meet client needs, drive momentum and maximise growth.
- Assisting in ensuring key processes for the product set are accurate, up to date, and followed.
About you
- Minimum 5 years Product Management experience within the Funds Management industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective stakeholder relationships
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with managing projects
