The Opportunity
The nudie manufacturing site is conveniently located at Eastgardens NSW and operates on a 24x5 8hr rotating roster. As a Senior Batcher in the production team, you will be responsible for producing and blending and pasteurising fresh batches of goodness for our iconic brand. You will work closely with production, planning, procurement and quality to ensure the quality of our products are world class, whilst meeting MNA’s safety standards and ensuring a high level of plant performance, product quality and customer service.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:- Efficient and safe operation of manufacturing and batching equipment to ensure delivery of the production plan, such as silos, blending tanks, pasteurisers, and CIP systems.
- Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement/operational excellence programs.
- Basic trouble shooting and asset care.
- Perform production quality control checks and ensuring compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Hygiene practices such as HACCP and GMP
- Stock counting and movement of raw materials for batch preparation
- Experience in the Food and Beverage industry (FMCG)
- Forklift license essential
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role in the FMCG industry;
- Understanding of food safety and GMP processes;
- Basic computer skills
- Mechanical acumen
- Be able to work rotating 8hr shifts, primarily Day/Afternoon/Night;
- Love to batch!
- Ideally Love Juice!
