Located in a modern office/service department in Fairfield, Ammstar offers a comfortable and rewarding work environment where you can let your customer service skills shine.
While administration and reception experience would be advantageous, we will also be considering applicants with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build and establish rapport. You will be proactive, have the ability to think "outside the square" and the desire to succeed in your career. A sound knowledge and understanding of computer software is essential.
Duties will include:
Answering incoming calls for both centres in a polite and professional manner
Accurately direct calls to the relevant person and branch
Take bookings, initiate quotations and assist service advisors in tracking leads
Monitor active enquiries from initial contact through to booking
Make amendments and cancel bookings as required
Maintain and update customer and vehicle database
Creation of new repair orders and invoicing
General ad-hoc administrative tasks including purchase entries and account reconciliations
