The Costa Group is Australia's largest grower, marketer and supplier of fresh produce to the large retail supermarket chains throughout Australia, and has a sizeable export business.
They require a PM to join their team at a time of growth and expansion.
We would expect this role to be a 1 year with extension contract, or a 2 year contract - whichever fits best for the needs of the business.
Technical Skills:
- 5 years + experience in a PMO role (maybe some years in a Big 4 with some experience in industry as an example).
- Experience in managing a program of projects, dependencies, critical paths and stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile and other PM and transformation techniques.
- Experience in working with and educating people on what PMO and transformation is.
- Ability to manage change effectively (support people to deliver, cultural messages, signal change, workshops etc.).
Personal Background:
- Practical PM skills, technical abilities, but remaining pragmatic.
- Call out where there are issues and hold people accountable.
- Focus on outcomes and not bureaucracy.
- Financially focused, a fast leaner, and who has cultural awareness.
- Ability to look for alternatives to assist in solving problems.
- Experience in setting up automated dashboards (risks, milestones, status, critical paths etc.).
- Recognise risks and recommend solutions.
