Senior Project Coordinator (
Graduate Research Harmonisation) provides a range of high-level project coordination and services to support the end-to-end delivery of projects in the Monash
Graduate Research Office with a primary focus on supporting a comprehensive technology uplift for the portfolio through the
Graduate Research Harmonisation Project, involving the introduction of new
Graduate Research functions within the Salesforce UniCRM platform ahead of and in tandem with the introduction of a new student management system at Monash.As the successful candidate, it will be your responsibility to plan, undertake and oversee project related tasks, ensuring they are completed in accordance with agreed standards and timeframes. Additionally, you will act as a key liaison point and subject matter expert in relation to project progress and objectives - including liaising with staff at MGRO, in faculties and institutes, in eSolutions and with external consultants and contractors - with a focus on excellence in project delivery.The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in higher education - preferably in
Graduate Research - or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a degree qualification in a relevant field with extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.Diversity is one of our greatest strengths at Monash.
