About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient individual to join our Engineering team. Your role will be key in expanding our project management capabilities.
You will be required to lead and manage projects from inception through to completion - be involved in a broad range of project elements to ensure timely & efficient planning, execution, delivery, and post-delivery support.
Compiling project documentation, leading internal & stakeholder project meetings, developing and maintaining project plans & budgets, driving QA processes, resolving issues, supporting Engineering & Production teams, monitoring deliverables & outcomes, recording feedback, non-conformances, and improvements.
This role offers the satisfaction of following projects start-to-finish, from conceptualization and design, through manufacture, and finally, delivery and commissioning with our customers.
Physical attendance at our Ballarat facility is required, as well as other occasional travel.

The Role
- Full-time, located in Ballarat, Victoria.
- Develop project scopes, plans, specifications, QA processes and documentation.
- Manage, deliver and support projects through their lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, compliance, NCR’s, and punch-lists.
- Lead internal & stakeholder meetings.
- Support, liaise and coordinate with Engineering, Management and Production teams regularly on various tasks.
- Provide engineering support to production teams. Assist with engineering and production related documentation, such as plans, procedures, work methods and Bills of Materials.
- Drive QA processes through inspection, investigation and reporting.
- Contribute to product improvement processes by recording issues, non-conformances, feedback and improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Assist with technical procurement.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Minimum 7yrs experience in the project management space.
- Demonstrable project management skills & experience.
- 3D CAD Experience (SolidWorks) preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Systems.
- Relevant experience within a manufacturing industry or production environment.
- Ability to read and interpret Standards & Practices.
