AddressTilt Renewables is seeking a Senior Grid Connection Engineer with a focus onProject Management to join our Grid Connection team. In this pivotal role, you will lead Grid Connection projects from initial feasibility through to post-R2 operation. Your responsibilities will encompass comprehensive Project Management, detailed planning, execution, and operational oversight to ensure ongoing compliance and optimal performance.
With a strong focus on collaboration and acting as a bridge between the technical team and external stakeholders, the Senior Grid Connection Engineer (Project Management) will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, technical teams, and external partners, to facilitate seamless project progression and address challenges throughout the project lifecycle. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring system reliability and performance. By aligning project goals with technical requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and building connections within the industry, you will enhance project outcomes and elevate Tilt Renewables' industry presence.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Managing Grid Connection projects from feasibility to operation, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Applying technical expertise to communicate and interpret engineering concepts and regulations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders to ensure project success.
