Senior Project Engineer

Unite Resourcing has been engaged by a top-tier EPC company, to source a Senior Project Engineer to join their high performing team.

Qualifications:

• Civil engineering qualification (preferred)
• Extensive experience in civil engineering, including bulk earthworks and construction
• Demonstrated experience at a Senior Project Engineer level
• Strong ability to manage and deliver projects effectively

Responsibilities:

• Manage the project schedule, ensuring timely delivery and tracking of progress
• Develop resource plans and handle procurement activities
• Lead a team consisting of a site civil engineer, senior supervisor, HSE representative, and an administrative staff
• Demonstrate exceptional technical and commercial skills in dealing with clients
• Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction, making it a top priority in your role
• Adhere to high safety standards and expectations, in line with mine site regulations
• Handle scope changes and target budget estimates as they arise
• Demonstrate assertiveness when needed to stand up to clients

• Perm rate - $160k - $180k
• Contract Rate - $90 - $110ph
