Current Opportunity
We are currently seeking for a Senior Project Engineer - Dams to join our energetic and diverse team on a permanent full time basis. You will be primarily focused on providing Project Engineering Services and give input and guidance into larger projects. You will support our Project Execution Team in delivering goals and milestones and be responsible for developing design concepts, scopes and budgets, schedules and management of various projects.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for:
- Providing supervision of and guidance to Project Engineers.
- To engineer and project manage various facilities within the development scope (and where called upon to assist other Assets as directed), to ensure that they meet operational requirements, budget, time schedules, HSE compliance and "fit for purpose" specifications.
- Plan and coordinate site surveys for ground truthing and design optimisation
- Coordinate with other disciplines such as safety, approvals, land access, environment etc. to ensure that project requirements and timing are well understood.
- Ensure all facility installations comply with the relevant government legislation and Senex's systems and procedures.
About You
- To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 15+ years of experience in upstream Oil and Gas Project development.
- 10+ years Project Management experience would be beneficial.
- Relevant Engineering Degree or relevant Tertiary Qualifications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple small projects within a small team.
- Must be able to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities to deliver Senex targets.
- Proven ability to work with all disciplines and teams
- Thorough knowledge of project management and delivery practices.
