Senior Project Engineers – Hybrid Power
As part of Increva’s growth strategy, we are seeking expressions of interest from Project Engineers for upcoming works. Successful candidates will be responsible for executing a wide and varying range of study and project activities, autonomously or with light management input to produce results in alignment with the project scope requirements.
This role is to join our busy and growing area of the business, providing owners – side project planning and execution management for a number of Hybrid Power solutions across mining industry customers. These power solutions will typically involve a combination of solar, wind, thermal and energy storage technologies and a workload that may include interactions with the customer, power industry suppliers, contractors and technical and financial analysis of solutions.

Key Accountabilities include:
- Working individually or as part of a team to deliver Feasibility Studies and Projects for our Customers
- Manage project activities throughout the lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, scheduling, documentation, budget, and other factors necessary for success
- Active stakeholder and client engagement via verbal and written communication
- Preparation of tender documents, control budgets, estimates, progress, and monthly reports
- Provide guidance to fellow team members to assist with the delivery of projects.
