Industry leading Tier 1 builder are looking for a Senior Project Engineer for a $350m project in Regional NSW.The company undertake projects in a variety of sectors up to $500m.
This is a permanent long term hire not just for the duration of this project - they will have a variety of future exciting projects to offer you once this has been completed.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage engineering aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions
- Establish and manage organised documentation control systems, including contracts, correspondences, and project records
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of contractual claims and variations
- Generate regular reports on project financials, emphasising key performance indicators and potential risks
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure contractual obligations are met
- Work in tandem with project management and other departments to facilitate smooth project operations
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer on projects ranging between $30 million and $100 million
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Project Engineering within the construction industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
