You will be joining the Corporate Technology team and are responsible for the development and support of applications across multiple parts of Coles related to team member facing applications.
About the role
In this role you will be responsible for providing Project Management across some exciting projects within the Corporate Technology space such as: - Media Sales, Corporate Affairs, Company Secretary, Investor Relations, Safety, Risk and Compliance, Legal and Insurance.
You will be a key player in ensuring the management and delivery of a variety of projects ranging in size and budget.
As part of this role, you will also be working closely with the media team to build new solutions and support the media business. You will ideally have both a media and technical background, with the ability to provide technical solutions and guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
About you and your skills- At least 5 years in IT/Technical project management or other senior delivery roles
- Proven Project Management skills managing Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Communication, Risk, Procurement, Stakeholder Management and Integration
- Experience with delivery of projects through practical Agile & Lean methodologies
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Media Cloud and complementary technologies well regarded
- Successfully managed complex projects that involve multiple functional areas, teams (including vendors), technologies and critical systems.
- Deliver complex initiatives spanning multiple business and IT areas, to achieve business objectives
- Establish and follow lean processes to ensure high productivity, engagement and governance
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure expectations for delivery are met or managed appropriately.
