As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of the business. The Role Are you a Senior Project Manager, looking to join a dynamic team and play a critical role? Reporting directly to the Head of IT, you will take charge of the project implementation to ensure a seamless Go Live. You will collaborate with management and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and improvement. Responsibilities will include: Report on project success criteria, test and deployment management activities.Prepare estimates and a detailed project plan for all phases of the project.Provide leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project delivery milestones.Align resources to achieve project objectives within planned timeframes.Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership.Manage project scope and change requests, including the resolution of issues and risks.Drive feasibility studies and proposals aligned with key strategic priorities.Deliver appropriate and effective executive-level communication. Your Preferred Skills & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage multiple integrations and APIs.Salesforce familiarity is desirable.Stakeholder management with internal team and vendors.Thrive under tight deadlines.5+ years of project management experience.
