We are currently embarking upon one of the biggest capital works programs in the organisations history, with significant upgrades of our manufacturing and logistics sites to ensure we can meet our future business objectives.We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager on a 4-year FTC basis, who excels in leading complex building, plant, and infrastructure upgrades, driving positive change, and developing strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, objectives, resourcing, costs, and milestones) to provide a consolidated view across all functions and/or workstreams.Lead a project team in intrusive brownfield upgrades of between $50 - $100mManage, review, and prioritise the project work plans with the objective to deliver the scope and stay on time and on budget.In cases of an agile iterative approach, deliver value iteratively and navigate risks and issues early.Track budget, benefits, timelines, issues, and risks / opportunities of the project against plan.Understand project methodologies including experience in delivery of business outcomes with software and business components.Able to build and maintain relationships and communicate across many different functions and organisation levels. About You: Undergraduate Degree in Science, Engineering or Business or equivalent experienceMinimum of 10+ years proven ability to successfully deliver projects in complex brownfield environments to an agreed scope on time and within budget.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
