The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this position is part of a tightly-knit team dedicated to ensuring the ongoing investment administration and unit pricing essential for delivering positive customer outcomes at Insignia Financial.
Your primary responsibility will involve overseeing, managing, and successfully executing the NAS Transition project. This includes leading project management efforts, particularly with various IT teams, coordinating with other Project Managers and analysts, collaborating on project planning with the Program Manager, IT, and BNP Project teams.
Your duties include resource management, creating and maintaining the Program Master schedule, aligning schedule with vendor, defining project scope, providing updates, managing stakeholders, handling risks and issues, participating in implementation activities, overseeing change management, and managing the project budget.
What we look for in a successful candidate:
First and foremost, we value experience in handling large and complex projects with multiple streams and key stakeholders. A proven ability to manage and guide project teams encompassing both Business and IT is essential. Familiarity with regulatory reporting, unit pricing, or registry operations within the superannuation sector is highly advantageous.
Additionally, knowledge of the Wealth industry, particularly in superannuation and investments, along with experience in Custody transition, is desirable. Strong aptitude in managing stakeholder relationships, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, is crucial. The ability to navigate through ambiguity and manage conflicting priorities is important, along with a penchant for thriving in dynamic and challenging environments. Lastly, resilience and determination are key traits we value.
