THE ROLE

As Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the Operations Excellence team, overseeing the planning, coordination, implementation, and completion of projects. Your responsibilities include ensuring post-project evaluations, stakeholder engagement, project leadership, and adherence to best practice project management methodologies.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead with Impact: Drive project success through effective leadership and high-performance behaviors.
• Best Practices: Implement cutting-edge project management methodologies consistently across the business.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Proactively engage with key stakeholders to ensure seamless project alignment.
• Strategic Planning: Prioritize actions, identify stakeholders' needs, and sequence activities for realistic goals.
• Execution Excellence: Implement, monitor, and manage projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Closing Triumph: Obtain stakeholder approval, handover processes to SMEs, and celebrate project success.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Proven Track Record: 5+ years of successful project management experience.
• Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Project Management concepts.
• Engagement Mastery: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and/or Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PPM, PMI-ACP, CSM).
• Agile methodologies: Lean Six Sigma, global system rollouts, or Change Management experience.
