About the Role: Embark on an exciting journey as a Senior Project Manager, driving two significant initiatives: an enterprise digital transformation involving the implementation of a cutting-edge ERP solution and a Network Segmentation project for a leading university. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead transformative projects, shaping the future of technology in both corporate and academic sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for both the ERP implementation and Network Segmentation projects, ensuring alignment with scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and devise effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery, fostering collaboration across technical teams, business units, and executive leadership.
- Lead Program Control Group (PCG) and Program Working Group (PWG) meetings, providing oversight to track project milestones and manage governance effectively.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment while establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact, working closely with QA leads/managers to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience with at least 5 years in IT Project Management, showcasing expertise in managing enterprise-scale projects.
- Demonstrated experience in ERP implementations/migrations/remediation projects and prior engagement with Network Segmentation or similar initiatives.
- Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with certification such as PMP highly regarded.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across various organizational levels.
- Experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, coupled with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
