ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Senior Project Manager, you will grow, lead and deliver a pipeline of residential land lease projects forming part of the larger Master planned communities team. Your background in Construction will allow you to be a key influencer across best practice delivery methodology. This role is a pivotal role in this asset class being the first in NSW. You will have the opportunity to grow a team around you over time. You will form part of a fast growing and dynamic national land lease communities business.
DUTIES
- Provide project management expertise from project inception to completion in partnership with Development Managers.
- Preparation of delivery strategies for major staged subdivisions and built form developments.
- Develop strong cross functional relationships with internal stakeholders
- Manage all stakeholders internally and build effective relationships with external designers, contractors and consultants
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree qualifications in Construction (or similar)
- Ensure projects are scoped, designed, built and delivered on time, budget and to required quality specification.
- Minimum 8 years industry experience
- Experience in design management, authority approvals, construction and contracts
- Demonstrated team leadership experience.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external customer focus
