Project Managers- ELV (Extra Low Voltage)

We are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Managers to oversee the Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) and Technology services within our property design and development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring the seamless integration of ELV services in alignment with project requirements.
Key responsibilities:
• Oversee design, documentation, and procurement processes for ELV services in line with project specifications.
• Review consultant and contractor programs, ensuring alignment with resource plans.
• Liaise with property operations teams and stakeholders to address project needs.
• Provide construction expertise, issuing necessary notices and clarifications.
• Investigate and resolve site problems, offering effective solutions.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, including the management of rectification works and defects lists.
• Review documentation and manuals for completeness, conducting inspections as per the project plan and addressing outstanding issues.
• Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with standards, coordinating installation sequences and addressing related issues.
• Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving for installation works.
What we are looking for:
• Highly developed technical ability for planning and setting the work of others.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills with key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with diplomacy and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Experience in project management, engineering, or construction.
• Previous extensive experience in building or design-related projects within the Entertainment/Hospitality Industry.
• Technical competence in CCTV, Surveillance & Security systems, Access Control, PA systems, structured cabling, and associated ELV systems.
