About You
- A highly skilled, professionally trained and capable of overseeing a large kitchen brigade.
- A passion for food and produce.
- Extensive culinary management experience from leading restaurants, coupled with events and functions from 5 star hotels or similar
- Creativity and innovation at the highest level
- A proven ability to manage kitchens and to control food and labour costs
