About the role:
Opportunity for Senior Project Manager – HR (Stream Lead) to be part of a carer defining, significant retail transformation project as we bring together existing and new entities to create one of the largest convenience retailers in Australia. Working in the implementation of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) project this role will be accountable for the HR Stream delivery, including management of stream resources, stakeholders and oversight of all ‘in stream’ activities to ensure the HR stream aligns with overall project design, vision and timelines. You will work across Product Vendor, System Implementation Partners and stakeholders across Viva Energy Retail (VER), Express and On The Run (OTR).

About you:
You will be a seasoned Project Manager who has managed HRIS implementations, with practical experience working across HR disciplines (i.e. Recruitment, Learning etc.) and hold strong HR technical knowledge and project delivery experience. You will love collaborating and working in a fast paced environment. In this role you will;
- Facilitate output requirements for the HR stream – design workbooks, processes, documents, reporting
- Ensure HR stream aligns with overall design / project vision / future state
- Manage day to day requirements for stream resources (SMEs & BAs)
- Attend all design workshops, solution walkthroughs, iteration, testing sessions – provides stream feedback
- Manage Solution/Configuration workbook / HR stream sign off
- Ensure delivery of standardised processes / process alignment
- Support broader project delivery streams – change, test and training
- Contribute to the Transition stream plan, ensuring achievable activities and schedules that consider priorities, logical sequencing, cross-stream dependencies and existing Express/VEA/OTR capabilities
- Plan and manage the successful deployment of process and technology change in line with approved architecture and design
- Ensure transition to a sustainable ongoing BAU operational support model
- Develop data-driven insights for options, recommendations and decision making where required
- Other activities as directed in support of the new Retail T&D capability
