Senior Project Manager - Luxury Residential And Commercial Development

Position Overview: I am seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee the development of new Luxury Residential units and Commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing all aspects of construction projects, from conception to completion, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to construction and final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Monitor and control project costs, resources, and quality to ensure adherence to project goals and standards.
• Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential issues and delays.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Must have experience in the construction industry!
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Luxury Residential and Commercial Developments.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Must have experience with prestigious and luxury units.
