The Role

Reporting into a Program Manager, we are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to spearhead innovative projects, particularly focusing on the implementation of services for the community. This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of transforming the community offering with advanced technologies.

Responsibilities include:

• Progressing projects to ensure meticulous planning and documentation.
• Managing stakeholders effectively, especially during the integration phases.
• Collaborating closely with the IT team.
• Leading discussions on technology implementations aligned with business objectives.
• Identifying and resolving project issues promptly to minimise disruptions.
• Continuously evaluating project processes and tools to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
• Overseeing the implementation of multi-channel contact center features.
• Overseeing Extranet, Data Access and upgrades to CRM.

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, ideally you should:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• The ability to bridge technical discussions with overarching business goals.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.
• Experience in non-for profit community health provider is beneficial.
